Standing in Queens Lace

a
Vogue UK October 2010

I'm loving the washed out autumn colors in this Vogue editorial. Sometimes fashion magazines go so over-the-top with the styling of their editorials they end up being way too much for me. This one is making me want to stand in a field of queen's lace and have my picture taken. Not to mention her golden locks are just the encouragement I need in my quest to grow out my hair to my natural color.

Beautiful editorials-- thank you for sharing! Did you know there's a tiny purple flower in the center of every Queen Anne's Lace head? That little detail makes me love them, plus they really do look like lace.

And I think you would look very pretty as a blonde!

You're a blonde? I can't wait to see that!

I am blown away by that first image! I am really enamored right now with golds and mustard tones so that made my heart skip a beat. Must figure out how to make millions... or get free clothes. One or the other.

This is so relaxed, great styling.

Love the splashes of color in the tan and gold world. Think I need something aqua to wear with my sea of beige I bought for fall.

Xox.
